We check every item before it is shipped to you. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged please contact us as soon as possible. You have 5 days to contact us about any damaged or defective items. Items can not be worn or washed.
Order cancellations are allowed as long as your item hasn’t shipped. We can not allow cancellations on sale items. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us as soon as you can.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal and Shopify Pay.
We will have two sales during the year depending on inventory turnover. Any items purchased in an end of season sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Since we are a home-based business, we can not be reached by phone at this time. However, customer service is our top priority. We check emails twice daily Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), and will answer your request as quickly as possible.
